We accept returns for a full refund or replacement only of (1) incorrect item received not due to your fault or negligence and (2) defective product.
Refund or replacement request must be made within three (3) calendar days from delivery date. If you have initiated the request after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To request for a refund or replacement, email us at [email protected] Please attach a video and photos of the incorrect or defective product, the delivery receipt as well as the tracking number. If you ship the item to us without contacting us first, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.
If your request is granted, you need to ship back the product within five (5) calendar days from approval of your request. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect the same to ensure it meets the requirements stipulated in our Returns Policy.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund, including the shipping cost, within three (3) days from the date your return is received.
